Delivery Charges & Destinations
Our products are sourced and delivered from multiple suppliers and locations. There is a chance your order will be delivered in separate parcels and the delivery time and cost will vary depending on the nature of your order. You will be made aware of the exact delivery charge during checkout.
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Free Delivery - FREE
Some of our products are available with free delivery. These items include greenhouses, sheds, and gravels. Delivery lead times are specified in the product description.
Light Item Delivery - £1.25
Light items, such as packets of seeds, are delivered by post.
Standard Delivery - £4.95
Standard delivery is made by carrier and covers the majority of parcel sized products available on our website.
Fireworks - £9.95
Due to safety regulations fireworks are delivered by a specialist carrier.
Heavy Item Delivery - £9.95
This covers awkward shaped and heavier items.
Very Heavy Item Delivery - £24.95
Very heavy items may need additional lifting equipment and handling to be delivered.
Extra Heavy Item Delivery - £39.95
Your order may be delivered on a pallet and be dropped off at the closest point to your property. An example of an extra heavy item is a garden furniture set.
Delivery Destinations
The majority of our products can be delivered to the whole of the UK (mainland only). Products that cannot will be bought to your attention at the point of purchase.
